..Title Amending Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Fairmount Park," by removing 5100 Pennypack Street from the areas under the care and jurisdiction of the Fairmount Park Commission, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 15-200 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 15-200. FAIRMOUNT PARK. § 15-201. Jurisdictional Areas.
