..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 051234) approved February 16, 2006, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 266 by striking from the City Plan and vacating Jefferson Street and Heston, each from 52nd Street to Paxon Street; by striking from the City Plan and vacating Paxon Street from Jefferson Street to Columbia Avenue; and by reserving and placing on the City Plan rights-of-way for gas main purposes, water main purposes, and drainage purposes within the beds of the streets being stricken by this Ordinance, if necessary, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 051234), approved February 16, 2006, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 051234), approved February 16, 2006, is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by February 16, 2010: * * * SECTION 2.
