..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Civic Center Boulevard between Health Sciences Drive and Convention Avenue, and on Convention Avenue between Civic Center Boulevard and Health Sciences Drive, and on Health Sciences Drive between Civic Center Boulevard and Convention Avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following one-way regulations are hereby established: (a) Civic Center Boulevard between Health Sciences Drive and Convention Avenue one-way Westbound. (b) Convention Avenue between Civic Center Boulevard and Health Sciences Drive one-way Northbound. (c) Health Sciences Drive between Civic Center Boulevard and Convention Avenue one-way Eastbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after this Ordinance becomes law. ..End
