..Title Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority the properties known as 917, 919, 923, 925, 927, 929 and 931 South 22nd Street, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City of Philadelphia, is hereby authorized to acquire from the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia real estate known as 917 South 22nd Street, 919 South 22nd Street, 923 South 22nd Street, 925 South 22nd Street, 927 South 22nd Street, 929 South 22nd Street and 931 South 22nd Street. SECTION 2. The City Solicitor is hereby authorized to review and to approve all instruments and documents necessary to effectuate this Ordinance, which instruments and documents shall contain such terms and conditions as the City Solicitor shall deem necessary and proper to protect the interests of the City of Philadelphia and to carry out the purposes of this Ordinance. ..End
