..Title Amending Title 13 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Water and Sewer," by establishing special water and sewer rates for public housing owned or operated by the Philadelphia Housing Authority by providing for a reduction off regular Water Department service and quantity charges all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 13 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows: TITLE 13. WATER AND SEWER. * * * CHAPTER 13-200. SEWER RATES. * * * §13-201. Standards. * * * (2) Standards for Rates and Charges: Pursuant to Section 5-801 of the Charter, the Water Department shall fix and regulate rates and charges for supplying sewage disposal services, without further authorization of Council, in accordance with the following standards: * * * (f) Special rates and charges, to be designated as "public housing sewer rates and charges" shall be established for property of the Philadelphia Housing Authority and shall be set so that the Philadelphia Housing Authority receives a [five] twenty five percent [(5%)] (25%) reduction off of the Water Department's service and quantity charges. * * * _______________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate deleted matter Italics indicate new matter added ..End 1 2
