..Title Amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, by amending Section 9-203 relating to Street Vendors and Section 9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk vending on certain portions of Spring Garden Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS. * * * §9-203. Street Vendors. * * * (7) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall: * * * (o) stop, stand or park his vehicle or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares and merchandise on the following roadways: * * * (.5) Spring Garden Street, from 16th Street to 18th Street. * * * §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited Conduct.
