Transmitting a bill authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 204 by striking from the City Plan the northeasterly twenty feet wide portion of Clearview Street from Johnson Street to a dead end approximately sixty-four feet southeast of Brinton Street, and relocating the curblines of such portion of Clearview Street to establish a twenty feet wide cartway and ten feet wide footway areas on either side of the street, under certain terms and conditions.
