..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 060317) approved September 28, 2006, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 275 by extending Parker Avenue from its current terminus on the northeasterly side of a 66' wide right-of-way for railroad purposes, approximately 66' southwestward to the southwest side of said right-of-way, including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances except for a right-of-way for railroad purposes, of the bed of the extension of Parker Avenue," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 060317), approved September 28, 2006, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 060317) approved September 28, 2006 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [within two (2) years from the date this Ordinance becomes law] by September 28, 2010: * * * SECTION 2.
