..Title Amending Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales by prohibiting sidewalk sales within twenty-five feet of 2510 Cheltenham Avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-205 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Sales and vending, is amended to read as follows: §9-205. Sidewalk Sales. * * * (8) Prohibited conduct. No person or vendor shall: * * * (p) exhibit, display, offer for sale or sell any goods, wares or merchandise or place or allow any stand to remain on the sidewalks of the following streets or any other location which Council shall from time to time ordain: * * * [(.b) Within twenty-five feet of 2510 Cheltenham avenue three vendors may occupy blockface according to seniority.] SECTION 2.
