..Title Amending Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "City Funds - Deposits, Investments, Disbursements," by adding a provision requiring the City to receive all payments in electronic form whenever electronic payment is an option, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 19-200 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 19-200. CITY FUNDS - DEPOSITS, INVESTMENTS, DISBURSEMENTS. * * * §19-204. Electronic Deposit. (1) Whenever the City is entitled to receive payment from any party, including, but not limited to, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the federal government, and the City has the option of receiving such payment electronically, the City shall elect to receive such payment electronically. ______________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
