..Title Amending Section 19-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Payroll Deductions," to add the Philadelphia Police and Fire Association for Handicapped Children and the Philadelphia Fire Department Historical Corporation (T/A Fireman's Hall Museum) to the list of designated payees to whom an employee may direct payroll deductions; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 19 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 19. FINANCE, TAXES AND COLLECTIONS. * * * CHAPTER 19-200. CITY FUNDS--DEPOSITS, INVESTMENTS, DISBURSEMENTS. * * * §19-203. Payroll Deductions. (1) The Director of Finance shall, as authorized or directed from time to time by the Code, deduct and withhold from the salary or wages of any employee of the City, such sum as the employee may authorize, or as may be directed by the Code and shall pay over such deductions to the designated payee. * * * (4) Payroll deductions may be authorized by City employees for: * * * ( ) Philadelphia Police and Fire Association for Handicapped Children ( ) Philadelphia Fire Department Historical Corporation (T/A Fireman's Hall Museum) * * * _____________________________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
