..Title Amending Chapter 12-2400 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Towing And Immobilizing Of Parked Or Abandoned Vehicles," by changing the fees for Damage to Vehicle Booting Devices, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2400 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 12-2400. TOWING AND IMMOBILIZING OF PARKED OR ABANDONED VEHICLES. * * * §12-2406.2. Damage to Vehicle Booting Devices. (1) It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, attempt to remove, deface, damage, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy or impair the usefulness of any vehicle booting device attached to a vehicle pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, except by the means described in Section 12-2406. (2) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Title, any person violating subsection 12-2406.2(1) shall be subject to a fine or penalty of one thousand ($1,000.00) [three hundred ($300.00)] dollars, or to imprisonment not exceeding ninety (90) days for each offense. * * * SECTION 2.
