..Title Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 080724-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial and 'C-5' Commercial Districts," by negating any setback over 65 feet in height for lots designated "C-5" in the area bounded by 15th Street and Arch Street (Benjamin Franklin Parkway), Cherry Street and 16th Street and by increasing the permitted floor area for such lots building floor plate reduction," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 080724-A was passed by this Council on December 11, 2008, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 080724-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 14-305 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "'C-4' Commercial and 'C-5' Commercial Districts," by negating any setback over 65 feet in height for lots designated "C-5" in the area bounded by 15th Street and Arch Street (Benjamin Franklin Parkway), Cherry Street and 16th Street and by increasing the permitted floor area for such lots building floor plate reduction," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..End 1
