..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2009 within the Aviation Fund from certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions to certain or all City offices, departments, boards and commissions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2009 within the Aviation Fund. FROM: 10.12 CITY REPRESENTATIVE AND THE DIRECTOR OF COMMERCE Personal Services $34,200 Total $34,200 Total "FROM" Section $ 34,200 TO: 10.4 POLICE DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $22,800 Materials, Supplies and Equipment 11,400 Total $34,200 Total "TO" Section $ 34,200 Section 2.
