..Title Approving the dental amalgam brochure adopted by the Board of Health pursuant to Section 9-3102 of The Philadelphia Code. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The dental amalgam brochure adopted by the Board of Health pursuant to Section 9-3102 of The Philadelphia Code, by regulation, is hereby approved. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not take effect until the regulation has become law. ..End
