..Title Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," to prohibit the transfer of special approvals provided by the Zoning Board of Adjustment. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: Section 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended as follows: TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING. * * * § 14-1801. Jurisdiction and Powers. * * * (4) The grant of a special exception, variance, Special Use Permit or certificate in connection with a particular parcel shall not be transferable to another parcel. ______________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
