..Title Amending Chapter 14-900 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Neighborhood Conservation Districts," by amending the procedures for making revisions to neighborhood conservation districts and by making certain technical changes, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 14-900 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 14-900. NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICTS. * * * § 14-903. Creation of an NCD; Amendment. * * * (12) Any amendments to an NCD shall be by ordinance, provided that any expansion of [The] the boundaries or revision of design guidelines of an NCD may be [amended] made under the same procedures governing the creation of an NCD.
