..Title Establishing a one way regulation on Belgrade Street, from Ash Street to Pratt Street, northbound. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established: Belgrade Street, from Ash Street to Pratt Street, northbound. ..End
