..Title Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 090015-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Newsstands," to permit the placement of commercial advertising on newsstands and revise the fee for a newsstand license, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 090015-A was passed by Council on May 14, 2009, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 090015-A, entitled "An Ordinance Amending Section 9-212 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Newsstands," to permit the placement of commercial advertising on newsstands and revise the fee for a newsstand license, all under certain terms and conditions," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..End
