..Title Amending Chapter 14-1800 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning Board of Adjustment," by amending Section 14-1805, entitled "Hearings," by revising the number of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment that shall constitute a quorum, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Chapter 14-1800 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: CHAPTER 14-1800. ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. * * * § 14-1805. Hearings. * * * (2) [Four] Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum for any public hearing required under this Title. * * * (3) [The concurring vote of a majority of the Board, present and constituting a quorum at a public hearing, shall be required for action by the Board.] No action shall be taken by the Board unless at least three members of the Board, present at the time of the vote, concur.
