..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code by prohibiting vending on both sides of 5th Street, from Market street to Chestnut street and on Market street, from Fourth street to Fifth street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, relating to Sidewalk Vendors in Center City is amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (8) Vending Locations. (a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City: * * * [5TH MARKET LUDLOW EAST 1 5TH RANSTEAD CHESTNUT EAST 1] * * * (b) No blockface at the following locations shall be designated as a location at which vending shall be permitted: * * * (.4) Market street, from [Fifth]Fourth street to City Hall; * * * (.11) 5th Street, from Market Street to Chestnut Street. * * * SECTION 2.
