..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by adding as a permissible location the West side of Wadsworth Avenue between Bayard Street and Pickering Street, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations: Farmers Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (ff) the sidewalk and curb lane of the West side of Wadsworth Avenue between Bayard Street and Pickering Street. * * * ______________________ Explanation: Italics indicate new matter added. ..End
