The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2009 within the Water Fund: FROM: 3.4 WATER DEPARTMENT Purchase of Services $ 2,113,275 Total $ 2,113,275 3.5 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE Personal Services $ 267,943 Total $ 267,943 3.7 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - INDEMNITIES Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes $ 1,524,198 Total $ 1,524,198 Total "FROM" Section $ 3,905,416 TO: 3.6 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - FRINGE BENEFITS Personal Services - Employee Benefits $ 3,905,416 Total $ 3,905,416 Total "TO" Section $ 3,905,416 SECTION 2.
