..Title Requesting the Mayor to return to Council Bill No. 090672, entitled "Amending Chapter 17-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Economic Opportunity Plans," by providing that Economic Opportunity Plans be included on all development projects or contracts bid pursuant to federal stimulus funds allocated to the City of Philadelphia pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..Body WHEREAS, Bill No. 090672 was passed by this Council on November 19, 2009, and thereafter presented to the Mayor for his signature; and WHEREAS, Council now wishes to reconsider the vote by which said bill passed Council; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby requests the Mayor to return to it Bill No. 090672, entitled "Amending Chapter 17-1600 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Economic Opportunity Plans," by providing that Economic Opportunity Plans be included on all development projects or contracts bid pursuant to federal stimulus funds allocated to the City of Philadelphia pursuant to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act," for the purpose of reconsideration by the Council of the vote by which said bill passed Council. ..End 1
