..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2011 within the General Fund from the Department of Parks and Recreation to the Council. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2011 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.19 TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes 550,000 Total $ 550,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 550,000 TO: 2.1 TO THE COUNCIL Contributions, Indemnities and Taxes 550,000 Total $ 550,000 Total "TO" Section $ 550,000 SECTION 2.
