..Title Amending Section 11-505 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Paving and Other Improvements by Property Owners," by providing further specifications for curb and sidewalk paving, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 11-505 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §11-505. Sidewalk Paving and Other Improvements by Property Owners. * * * (10) Whenever replacement, repair, reconstruction or construction of a sidewalk and/or curb is undertaken for the purpose of providing access to handicapped or disabled persons, the materials used shall be substantially the same in appearance as the immediately adjacent sidewalk and/or curb.
