..Title Authorizing the Concession Agreement regarding the Lloyd Hall Café, dated January 7, 2011, between the City of Philadelphia and Cosmic Catering, LLC, to have an "Initial Term" of five years and a "Renewal Term" of five years, subject to certain provisions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Concession Agreement regarding the Lloyd Hall Café, dated January 7, 2011 (the "Concession Agreement"), between the City of Philadelphia and Cosmic Catering, LLC, is authorized to have an "Initial Term" of five years and a "Renewal Term" of five years, as the phrases "Initial Term" and "Renewal Term" are defined in Section 3.02.2 of the Concession Agreement. SECTION 2. A copy of the Concession Agreement is set forth in Exhibit "A" to this Ordinance. The Chief Clerk shall keep a copy of Exhibit A to this Ordinance on file in the Chief Clerk's Office for inspection by members of the public. [Note: Exhibits to this Bill are on file in the Office of the Chief Clerk.] ..End
