Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE. CHAPTER 12-100. GENERAL PROVISIONS. * * * § 12-102. Definitions. In this Title the following definitions apply: * * * (1.1) Bicycle Lane. The portion of a street set aside exclusively for bicycle travel. * * * CHAPTER 12-700. [RESERVED] BICYCLE LANES. § 12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes. (1) No bicycle lane shall be designated upon any street except for bicycle lanes listed in subsection (2) of this Section. (2) A bicycle lane shall be designated upon the following streets and shall be installed in a manner consistent with PennDOT regulations: (a) (Reserved) * * * (3) Any bicycle lane lawfully in existence prior to the date this Section was added to the Code may continue in existence until otherwise determined by the Department of Streets. * * * SECTION 2.
