Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Washington Square West Urban Renewal Area, Unit No. 2, designated as a portion of Parcel No. 4 also sometimes identified by house number and street address as Unit 5, Walnut Towers Condominium, 800-834 Walnut street; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Liberty/Parkway 8th & Walnut, LP and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
