..Title Amending Bill No. 110135 (approved June 24, 2011), entitled "An Ordinance to adopt a Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2012-2017 inclusive," by adding and revising certain projects, amounts and sources, under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 110135 (approved June 24, 2011), is hereby amended to read as follows (matter to be added is in bold; matter to be deleted is in strikeout): SECTION 1. A Capital Program for the six Fiscal Years 2012 to 2017, inclusive, totaling eight nine billion nine-hundred eighty-three six million nine-hundred eighty-three thousand (8,983,983,000 9,006,983,000) dollars in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit A. SECTION 2. Exhibit A of Bill No. 110135 (approved June 24, 2011) is amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in bold; matter deleted by amendment is in strikeout; matter not shown is not being amended): ..End
