Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the Model Cities Urban Renewal Area, designated as Parcel Nos. 700 and 701 and also sometimes identified by house numbers and street addresses for Parcel No. 700 as 1801-1859 North Eleventh street and for Parcel No. 701 as 1802-1856 North Warnock street including 1028 West Berks street, 1801, 1817 Clifton street and 1021-1029 West Montgomery avenue; authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Temple University - Of The Commonwealth System of Higher Education and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority.
