..Title Establishing a one way regulation on West Loudon Street, from North 5th Street to North 6th Street, westbound. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established. West Loudon Street, from North 5th Street to North 6th Street, westbound. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
