To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by the southeasterly side of North Delaware Avenue, the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street, the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River and a line approximately parallel to the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street being a property line located on the southeasterly side of north Delaware Avenue approximately 260 feet north east of the southwesterly side of former Shackamaxon Street and extending from that point to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River.

..Title To amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located within an area bounded by the southeasterly side of North Delaware Avenue, the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street, the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River and a line approximately parallel to the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street being a property line located on the southeasterly side of north Delaware Avenue approximately 260 feet north east of the southwesterly side of former Shackamaxon Street and extending from that point to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-103 of The Philadelphia Code, The Philadelphia Zoning Maps are herby amended by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land within an area bounded by the southwesterly side of North Delaware Avenue, the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street, the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River and a line approximately parallel to the centerline of former Shackamaxon Street being a property line located on the southeasterly side of North Delaware Avenue approximately 260 feet north east of the southwesterly side of former Shackamaxon Street and extending from that point to the Pierhead Line of the Delaware River from the existing zoning designations indicated on Map "A" set forth below to the zoning designations indicated on Map "B" set forth below. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately. ..End
