November 22, 2011 To The President and Members of The Council of the City of Philadelphia: Pursuant to Sections 4-604 and 2-307 of the Home Rule Charter, I am today transmitting to the Council the recommendation of the City Planning Commission regarding the following bills: Bill No. 110670 Bill No. 110765 Bill No. 110717 Bill No. 110718 Bill No. 110719 Bill No. 110795 Bill No. 110797 I am also transmitting letters reflecting that the Commission has tabled action on Bill Nos. 110762 and 110763 and requested that Council withhold final consideration of those bills until after the Commission's meeting on December 13, 2011. I am also transmitting a letter reflecting that the Commission has tabled action on Bill No. 110761, but has not requested more time for consideration of that bill before Council acts. Lastly, I am transmitting today a letter providing City Planning Commission approval of certain Master Plan amendments for the University of Pennsylvania. Respectfully, Michael A. Nutter Mayor
