..Title Appointing Councilmembers Marian Tasco and Curtis Jones, Jr. to the Philadelphia Gas Commission. ..Body WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section VI(2) of the December 29, 1972 Agreement between the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Facilities Management Corporation, as amended, two members of the Philadelphia Gas Commission are appointed by City Council to terms of four years; and WHEREAS, Council's previous appointments to the Gas Commission pursuant to Resolution No. 080044 (adopted January 24, 2008) were for terms expiring January 7, 2012; now, therefore, RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, THAT, Councilmembers Marian Tasco and Curtis Jones, Jr. are hereby appointed to the Philadelphia Gas Commission for terms ending January 7, 2016. ..End
