..Title Amending Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 080279) approved April 28, 2008, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 52-S and 53-S by placing on the City Plan Twenty-sixth Street from Penrose Avenue southwardly approximately one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-two feet to a dead end, and the dedication to the City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of the bed of said Twenty-sixth Street, all under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance with the terms and conditions stated therein. ..Body WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 080279), approved April 28, 2008, was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and WHEREAS, An Ordinance (Bill No. 100220), approved May 12, 2010, amended Section 2 of Bill No. 080279 by extending the period for compliance with the requirements stated therein to April 28, 2012; and WHEREAS, It is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such conditions may be met; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 080279) approved April 28, 2008, as amended by an Ordinance (Bill No. 100220) approved May 12, 2010, is hereby further amended to read as follows: SECTION 2. This authorization is conditional upon compliance with the following requirements [by April 28, 2012] by April 28, 2014: * * * SECTION 2.
