The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Sunday - Wednesday 8:00 A.M. to Midnight Thursday - Saturday Except #1 South street, both sides, 27th street to Schuylkill avenue. ..End
