..Title Authorizing transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 within the General Fund from the City Council to the Director of Finance-Contribution to School District. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2013 within the General Fund: FROM: 2.1 THE COUNCIL Contribution, Indemnities and Taxes $ 20,000,000 Total $ 20,000,000 Total "FROM" Section $ 20,000,000 TO: 2.43 THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE-CONTRIBUTION TO SCHOOL DISTRICT Contribution, Indemnities and Taxes $ 20,000,000 Total $ 20,000,000 Total "TO" Section $ 20,000,000 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately. ..End
