..Title Establishing a parking regulation on Ellsworth street, north side, 2nd street to Front street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established: Two-Hour Parking 8:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday - Friday Except RPP#7 Ellsworth street, north side, 2nd street to Front street. ..End
