..Title Authorizing and directing the changing of the name of Preston Street, from Ludwick and Warren Streets to Lancaster Avenue, to Wallace Street. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-304 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized and directed to change the name of Preston Street, from Ludwick and Warren Streets to Lancaster Avenue, to Wallace Street. ..End
