..Title Authorizing and directing the changing of the name of University Avenue, from Woodland Avenue and Thirty-ninth Street to University Avenue Extension, to Baltimore Avenue, and the changing of the name of University Avenue Extension, from University Avenue to Spruce Street, to University Avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 11-304 of The Philadelphia Code, the Board of Surveyors of the Department of Streets is hereby authorized and directed to rename certain streets as follows: a) Changing the name of University Avenue, from Woodland Avenue and Thirty-ninth Street to University Avenue Extension, to Baltimore Avenue; b) Changing the name of University Avenue Extension, from University Avenue to Spruce Street, to University Avenue. ..End
