..Title Amending Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Traffic Code," to establish a towing zone location on Midvale Avenue; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Title 12 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: TITLE 12. TRAFFIC CODE. * * * §12-2409. Towing Zone Locations and Hours. (4) At all hours: Midvale Avenue, Kelly Drive to Ridge Avenue, both sides * * * SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective 30 days after becoming law. ..End
