The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make the following transfers in appropriations for Fiscal Year 2012 within the General Fund: FROM: GENERAL FUND 2.6 MANAGING DIRECTOR - DIVISION OF TECHNOLOGY Personal Services $1,039,063 Total $1,039,063 2.7 MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Purchase of Services $ 358,758 Total $ 358,758 Total "FROM" Section $1,397,821 TO: GENERAL FUND 2.7 MAYOR - OFFICE OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Payments to Other Funds $1,397,821 Total $1,397,821 Total "TO" Section $1,397,821 SECTION 2.
