..Title Naming and designating the Department of Parks and Recreation owned playground on the 2300 block of N. 5th Street as the "Rainbow De Colores Playground." ..Body WHEREAS, The residents of 2300 N. 5th Street have committed themselves to making this playground a clean and safe place for the children of this community to recreate; and WHEREAS, The residents have chosen the name "Rainbow De Colores" as an expression of the diverse and unified nature of this community; now, therefore THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. The Playground located on the 2300 block of N. 5th Street is designated and shall be named "Rainbow De Colores Playground". ..End
