..Title Amending Section 6 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 120396) approved September 13, 2012, entitled "An Ordinance authorizing Northern Liberties Auction, Inc. ("Owner") to construct, use and maintain various encroachments within the right-of-way on the north sidewalk of Spring Garden Street between N. Third Street and Bodine Street ("Property"), under certain terms and conditions," by extending the period for compliance therewith. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 6 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 120396) approved September 13, 2012 is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00) toward the costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury [within sixty (60) days after this Ordinance becomes law] by March 31, 2013. ___________________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
