..Title Amending Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Sidewalk Vendors in Center City," by eliminating a previously designated vendor location on the East side of 5th Street, from Ludlow Street to Chestnut Street; and by adding to the list of locations that shall not be designated for vending 5th Street, from Ranstead Street to Chestnut Street; all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-204 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: §9-204. Sidewalk Vendors in Center City. * * * (8) Vending Locations. (a) The following vendor locations are hereby designated as locations from which vending shall be permitted, provided Council shall not ever designate more than 300 such locations in all of Center City: STREET FROM: TO: SIDE NUMBER OF LOCATIONS *** *** *** *** *** [5TH] [LUDLOW] [CHESTNUT] [EAST] [1] *** *** *** *** *** NUMBER OF LOCATIONS * * * (b) No blockface at the following locations shall be designated as a location at which vending shall be permitted: * * * (.12) 5th Street, from Ranstead street to Chestnut street. * * * SECTION 2.
