..Title Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Hutchinson street between Thompson street and Girard avenue. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby terminated: Hutchinson street from Girard avenue to Thompson street, southbound. The following two-way regulation is hereby established: Hutchinson street from Girard avenue to Thompson street. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the construction of new curbs and sidewalks on the easterly side of Hutchinson street from Girard avenue to Thompson street. . ..End 132591.00411/12305616v.3
