..Title Amending Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Farmers' Markets," by amending the permissible locations, all under certain terms and conditions. ..Body THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS: SECTION 1. Section 9-213 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows: § 9-213. Farmers' Markets. * * * (7) Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted: * * * (n) The sidewalk and adjoining curb lane of the east side of South Broad Street between South Street and [Rodman] Kater Street. * * * (z) The sidewalk of the median of the 400 block of South 2nd Street, also known as Headhouse Square[.], and the north bound travel lane of South 2nd Street between Lombard Street and Pine Street. * * * (ww) The sidewalk and adjoining curb lane of the east side of North Third Street from Poplar Street to Wildey Street. __________________________ Explanation: [Brackets] indicate matter deleted.
