..Title Appointing Joseph Martin to the Board of Directors of the Germantown Special Services District of Philadelphia. ..Body RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Joseph Martin is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Germantown Special Services District of Philadelphia, to fill the seat with a term ending January 1, 2016, and not previously filled pursuant to either Resolution No. 000422 (adopted June 14, 2001) or Resolution No. 000423 (adopted June 14, 2001). ..End
