Transmitting a resolution approving the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the 54th & Columbia Urban Renewal Area, identified by house number and street address as 1717-1725 North fifty-fourth street; and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Philadelphia Presbytery Homes and Services for the Aging doing business as Presby's Inspired Life and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract and disposition supplement, accompanied by an explanatory letter from the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority.
